Jump was founded in 2006 by Andy Craggs to provide Leadership consulting and Organization Development to clients through a professional network of consultants, experts and academics.

Andy has over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Consultancy, Human Resources and Organization Design. His corporate background includes senior level positions in Publishing, Media, Consumer Products, and Financial Services with companies such as Dow Jones/The Wall Street Journal, Sony Pictures/Columbia Tristar, The Walt Disney Company, Saatchi & Saatchi, and The Prudential. His consulting experience includes 7 years with Watson Wyatt where he helped to open the Paris based business and went on to become Practice Leader for International Consulting for the US West Coast including Silicon Valley.

Key accomplishments include large-scale business transformation, infrastructure building for global business, organisation development, leading culture change, leadership capability building and executive coaching.

Andy is also an Associate with several leading global leadership organizations including London Business School where he is a Programme Director in Custom Executive Education.

He is a frequent public speaker and occasional writer on organisational issues and cross-cultural leadership, and has taught at UCLA (US), EMAM (Italy), and the IPA (UK) where as Head of Talent he helped Saatchi & Saatchi win the 2006 prize for excellence in continuous professional development. Andy holds a business degree in Finance and Economics and a Certificate in Organisation Development from NTL in Oxford. He works and facilitates in French, Spanish and English.
